As Southeast Asia’s largest economy and the world’s fourth most populous nation—with a population of 281 million—Indonesia is characterized by a young demographic and rapid urbanization, both of which provide a solid foundation for sustained economic growth. In recent years, the country has witnessed a significant acceleration in infrastructure development, driving a sharp increase in demand for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) products. However, the current supply of AAC remains insufficient to meet this growing demand.
MSM Group, a prominent Indonesian construction conglomerate in Indonesia, was among the early entrants into the AAC market and now operates six AAC block production lines across the country. Its latest collaboration with Teeyer Intelligent—the Fuxin Project—is located in Central Java. Featuring Teeyer's latest 6×1.2m fully automatic model, the AAC block production line has now successfully put into production, opening a new chapter for high-capacity AAC manufacturing in Indonesia.
The Fuxin Project is the highest-capacity AAC block production line ever built in Indonesia, with a monthly output of 80,000 cubic meters of AAC blocks. It incorporates Teeyer Intelligent’s most advanced production technology, including:
The configurations meet Indonesia’s market demand for high-output and thin, lightweight blocks.
To support the fast pace of production, the entire AAC block production line is equipped with servo-driven systems. This offers superior precision and speed control, rapid response to signals, and efficient, energy-saving equipment operation.
Teeyer Intelligent has played a critical role in Indonesia’s AAC market development since 2006, when it exported its first AAC block production line to the country. To date, over 30 AAC block production lines have been delivered, securing its position as the market leader in Indonesia by share.
Over the past five years alone, Teeyer has shipped nearly 20 high-capacity 6-meter AAC block production lines to Indonesia. In addition to the now-operational Fuxin and Platinum projects, the Innovation Project is currently undergoing final installation and commissioning, gearing up for launch.
In January 2025, Teeyer Intelligent marked a major milestone in its global service strategy by establishing a dedicated spare parts center in Jakarta, improving after-sales support and operational continuity for Indonesian customers.
